Product Warranty

Shipping & Order Dispatch
Pure Blue Filtration Limited aims to dispatch in-stock orders within two working days following confirmation of payment.
Although every effort is made to maintain product availability, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier shortages, freight disruptions, or increased demand. Where possible, estimated restock or delivery timeframes will be communicated to customers.
Pure Blue Filtration Limited is not liable for courier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns, Warranty & Liability

Faulty or Damaged Products

Customers are encouraged to inspect deliveries before signing for goods. Any visible freight damage should be noted with the courier at the time of delivery.

Retention of Ownership
All goods supplied by Pure Blue Filtration Limited remain the property of Pure Blue Filtration Limited until full payment has been received for all outstanding amounts owed by the purchaser.
Ownership of products will not transfer until payment has been cleared in full, including payments made by cheque, bank transfer, or any other payment method.
